Booking Policy

1. Appointment Types:

Pay in Advance: The entire course fee is paid upfront, and sessions are scheduled as we progress through the program.

Pay as You Go: Invoices are sent after each completed session.

2. Changes and Cancellations:

Changes to session times or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any fees.

If changes are made two days before the session, 50% of the session fee is due.

Changes made more than 48 hours from the appointment time will not incur a fee.
3. Rescheduling Limit:

Clients are allowed up to three reschedules for the full seven-session course.
4. Refund Policy:

The program cost is non-refundable, even if the client is dissatisfied with the course content or results.

Exceptions to the refund policy may be discussed under specific circumstances.

6. Session Duration:

Session durations may vary between 30 minutes to 1.5 hours, depending on the session number.
7. Preparations:

No specific requirements or preparations are necessary before each session.
8. Finality of Sales:

All sales are final. Once booked, the client commits to the agreed-upon sessions and associated fees.
