Booking Policy

​

1. Appointment Types:

  • Pay in Advance: The entire course fee is paid upfront, and sessions are scheduled as we progress through the program.

  • Pay as You Go: Invoices are sent after each completed session.

2. Changes and Cancellations:

  • Changes to session times or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any fees.

  • If changes are made two days before the session, 50% of the session fee is due.

  • Changes made more than 48 hours from the appointment time will not incur a fee.

 

3. Rescheduling Limit:

  • Clients are allowed up to three reschedules for the full seven-session course.

 

4. Refund Policy:

  • The program cost is non-refundable, even if the client is dissatisfied with the course content or results.

  • Exceptions to the refund policy may be discussed under specific circumstances.

6. Session Duration:

  • Session durations may vary between 30 minutes to 1.5 hours, depending on the session number.

 

7. Preparations:

  • No specific requirements or preparations are necessary before each session.

 

8. Finality of Sales:

  • All sales are final. Once booked, the client commits to the agreed-upon sessions and associated fees.
